Indie Royale and Arcen Games are proud to bring you The Arclight Bundle, featuring the lion's share of Arcen's catalog and highlighted by the brand new Vengeance of the Machine expansion for cult classic strategy title AI War: Fleet Command.
The bundle nets you Steam, Desura and DRM-Free keys for five of Arcen's titles on both Windows and Mac: Sprawling sidescroller A Valley Without Wind and its sequel A Valley Without Wind 2; top-down environmental puzzle game Shattered Haven; the already mentioned space RTS AI War: Fleet Command and Tidalis -- a surprisingly deep puzzler with a unique ‘streams' mechanic.
AI War: Fleet Command
AI War is a one-of-a-kind space strategy game that plays like an RTS but feels like a 4X. With tower defense and grand strategy bits, too. There's nothing else on the market remotely like this. More specifically, this is a game that you can either play solo, or in 2-8 player co-op. You always play against a pair of AIs, and you can configure an enormous amount of things about the experience.

AI War Expansions
We've got all 5 AI War expansions: The Zenith Remnant, Children of Neinzul, Light of the Spire, Ancient Shadows and the brand new (still in Beta) Vengence of the Machine.
All AI Wars expansions are available for Windows and Mac on Steam, DRM-free & Desura except Vengence of the Machine which is DRM-Free only at this point.
A Valley Without Wind
A 2D sidescroller without a linear path. An action game with tactical combat and citybuilding. An adventure game that lets you free-roam a vast, procedurally-generated world. A Valley Without Wind defies genre stereotypes. Unlike other procedurally-generated games, you also get a logical progression in difficulty, plus helpful tips and checklists to guide your travels.
A Valley Without Wind is available for Windows and Mac on Steam, DRM-free & Desura.
A Valley Without Wind 2
A modern take on the 16-bit era, A Valley Without Wind 2 blends a variety of mechanics across multiple genres, seamlessly bringing together the best qualities of old-school platform-shooters and turn-based strategy games.
A Valley Without Wind 2 is available for Windows and Mac on Steam, DRM-free & Desura.
Shattered Haven
An Environmental Puzzle Game About Family, Grit, and Survival Grays roam the land, largely in the absence of human interference. These aren't your typical Zed -- theirs is a very different sort of apocalypse. Animals spontaneously transform into twisted, violent beings. The earth decays, collapsing into a network of abysses. The wilderness thickens....
Shattered Haven is available for Windows and Mac on Steam, DRM-Free and Desura.
Tidalis
Tidalis is a block-based puzzle game with casual appeal, hardcore depth, and an addictive new "streams" mechanic. The basic rules of the game are this: blocks fall down into the board and have a color and an arrow direction. If a stack of blocks exceeds the height of the board, you lose. In order to clear blocks, you must right-click and drag paths through the arrows to set up chain reactions of like-colored blocks.
Tidalis is available for Windows and Mac on Steam, DRM-Free and Desura.

You can find more information on The Arclight Bundle, including real-time statistics and its current price, on its official website or via its Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages. As ever, the bundle is cheaper the sooner that you purchase its (unless, of course, some kind purchaser opts to lower the price for others) although there is tremendous value here whatever price you pay.
Indie Royale manages to impress with this bundle.
for me it's 1 of the worst bundle ever
You're not the only one, who feels that way
This is great! I'm going to buy it right now so I can start playing! I'm so happy to see these bundles are back on track and free of all that steam-only junk.
Valley without wind 1 and 2 make it worth it in my opinion (even I don't touch the te A.I series). Only problem is I have no idea where to find the license keys (not the ones to activate on Desura but to register Valley Without Wind 1 and 2 in-game).
right-click game in desura (play) -> view cd-key
also, a dialog should pop up when you launch the game and offer you to copy the key.
Thanks I eventually contacted them and they told me what to do. Apparently I also needed to use my Valley Without 1 key to unlock 2 as well.
If only these included FLAC versions of the soundtracks... sigh. :(
Not best bundle ever, pretty niche, but ok for some.
That i like much lesser is that SOUNDTRACKS included for 8$ minimum purchase. It was usual rule prior that soundtracks is included with games, always, with any purchase. Now they moved it to bonus tier? not good! Little by little, bundle after bundle IndieRoyale slowly become more and more expensive one, bonuses becomes lesser valuable and demands more money.
i can't confirm for the other titles, but all of the AI war tracks are just MP3 files in the game folders, they just aren't packaged separately, or in other formats
Wow. It's like the music was just added half-heartedly. :\
seems pretty standard to me, hit the $8 mark and you get an additional album (not included in the games), and the same music you already have access to in the game copied from the game folder into a separate archive :P
I'm more interested in the new mystery item though
AI War is hands down one of the best RTS/4X games I've played. Tried out valley without wind last night, pretty nice!
Is there a new title added? I see an 11th ? box now
4 day extension too
