Hello dear fans of the Knight Rider Old School Mod!
It's me, Roflcake.
Its been a very long time now since I have been here...
I wanted to say sorry for just letting this project die!
A few years ago I had a lot of time for stuff like that but then I got a job, a girlfriend and other stuff came into my life, so there was no more time for working on this mod :(
I even had no time to manage someone to continue this work.
After all this time, I dont even know which of the members is still active in modding :/
A few days ago I was zapping trough youtube videos with the KROS Mod.
Finding many copycats, some of them were hilarous xD
And also reading comments like "sadly this project has stopped"..
One dude even commented something like "i am looking for a win xp gaming laptop on ebay just to play this mod" (2 Years ago!!!!!)
Seeing stuff like that makes me happy and sad at the same time.
Happy to see the positive feedback of the people!
Sad to know I wont have the time anymore to continue this project :'(
But today I decided to give it a last try. I contacted my old friend 5dmc1, he is known from the Viper Mod!
He said he could try to find some modders which could continue this project.
So I will give him full permissions on moddb and our facebook page.
Maybe he is the man, that will make a difference..hehe :P
!!! This is not a promise that anything will happen here !!!
If anyone of you can modify GTA SA on his own, like modeling cars or NPS's,
or write a code or something like that, feel free to contact us.
Or maybe you know someone who could do stuff like that? ;)

Glad you're trying to get this project up and running again. If I had any experience with modding, I would definitely help you. But I really only know how to modify sounds and stuff like that. Good luck man! (:
I used to play with this mod back in 2015. 4 years passed, and recently Rockstar Games released their new launcher with GTA SA being free for a limited time. I hadn't played GTA SA for like 3 years, and I decided that it would be a great chance for me to finally get a genuine GTA SA. I downloaded it and decided to download your mod again. While searching for your mod, I had a feeling that these things are dead today, while still, they were active to some extent back in 2015.
To my surprise, I did not expect to see your new post regarding this mod. That did put a smile on my face. I'd be pleased if you can take out your time to make a Discord server (Discord - A chat/call software for gamers) and give us updates on what you can do for KR Old School mod.
