Post news RSS Steam Wont Reply on Legal Questions

Steam keeps on closing my questionthread at their support-page. This means; the mod will be released on Saturday 27 since Steam don't seem to bother if I release it or not. I tried my best.

I have contacted Steam and asked if it would be a illegal action of me to actually release this modification.

On Thu, 18th Mar 2010 i contacted steam with the following mail in their support page:

-----MAIL 1-----
I'm currently collecting files from all over the web to make a "all in one" transformation pack for Condition Zero.

The transformation pack will replace the old models to source-like ones.

The link to my mod can be found here: Moddb.com

And my question is:
Is it legal of me to publish this mod?
----------

After ~3 days of waiting for a reply, they "completely unexpectedly" closed my support-thread WITHOUT sending me a reply.
First, I thought that there maybe were some sort of error; so therefore, I reopened the thread again.
The date was then Sat, 20th Mar 2010 and I sended them another mail:

-----MAIL 2-----
I haven't got any response. Why did you close my question?
----------

Now, they closed my support-thread again. I wont bother to reopen it again since they most likely will close it.

This means; the mod will be released on Saturday 27 since Steam don't seem to bother if I release it or not.

I tried my best.
