Research as stated above
On the second notes. Update your software and specifically HW2 make sure there arent any patches out and retry it. Some maps DO NOT work well and there isnt much you can do. Sometimes they will work. Sometimes they will not.
However, some things you can try.
Download the latest Codec
Microsoft.com
get Divx
Divx.com
and try it again. If it doesnt work still. remove the mod. Add warlords and THEN the clone pack and see if it works then.
