After almost four and a half years, Zeran's Folly will finally hit digital store shelves in two weeks. Remember to add it to your wishlist so you're reminded when it releases!
Some stuff about the Steam version:
- Steam Cloud. All your saves, config settings, and keybinds are saved in the cloud.
- Achievements. There are 17 achievements in the game with more to come, probably.
- Reduced memory requirements. You can now play the game if you have a terrible video card by lowering the Texture Quality settings to Bad or Ugly. You should still spend the $40 and get a card with 2 gigs of VRAM, though.
- Full controller support. If you don't have a controller, buy an XBOX controller on sale or something. Seriously, playing platformers with a keyboard is really dumb.
Some stuff about the game after release:
- The game will receive FREE support and content patches over time.
- Two new characters: Anne and Marco
- New areas: Solar City, Sky Dragon Isle, The Underneath, Splendor, and more
- All Talents, Rings, and Outfits unlocked
- New sidequests and minigames
