Someone will ask why not post anything on the development of the mod,
for two reasons:
-The first reasons is because I would bring all the work in SOMA, to have a better management, a better graphics quality, a better system of lights...
-The second reasons concerns the plot, I saw the various previews of SOMA and I noticed more of a resemblance to my plot.
To conclude I wanto to ask you a question, what do you want from this mod?
Write it in the comments.
if you aim for popularity SOMA is a better choice, however it's questionable how many stuff you'll be able to import and how much time it would take, it's also not sure that you can have a lantern and import the already made maps (!) into SOMA, models and other things seems possible though.
The frictional games said on twitter about the support for the mod.
They said they'll be better than ATTD.
Obviously if I see that converting all take too much time, I will continue on AAMFP (although I do not think I will have problems).
However I do not aspire to popularity, but I would release a mod quality, graphically and technically, and looking at the various SOMA gameplay I realize the great progress made with the engine and I would release my mod using THAT engine (while maintaining the victorian style).
