Fix for a bug in the tweaker's Minimalist Project playstyles option

The option to disable Playstyles in Minimalist was partially broken in 1.1.9, resulting in an error message. This is fixed in this release.

It's enough to apply the Update Edition to a Full 1.1.9 install, unless you saw the bug report and did a manual fix by renaming a file. In that case either rename the file back and apply the Update Edition or use the Full Edition to reinstall the MP.
