Finished NPCS

In this commit I finished NPC movement what ertzel started and also
fixed player-npc and npc-npc collisions.

Design and bugfixes

Changed main menu again.
Fixed bugs with music player.
Fixed FileExist function.
indiearmory.com text is now clickable.
Fixed little error with configuration file.
