Well, After Lots Of Cramming and Sleepless Nights, I have somewhat Perfected the server Coding, and The Server Now Works! I am hosting A Server on my Server Box, and Should Be Viewable On the Advanced Server list. Remember to keep "Same Mod" Option Checked, But none of the other ones and you should be fine.
