Platinum Arts Sandbox is an open source easy to use standalone Free 3D Game Maker and 3D Game Design program currently being used in many schools throughout the world that allows kids and adults to create their own video games, worlds, levels, save the princess adventures and quests, even cooperatively! The goal is to make it accessible to kids but also powerful enough for full game projects. With a simple click and roll of a mouse wheel users can modify the world however they want. In the words of Margaret, a nine year old Sandbox whiz I babysit for, “Press Edit and go fulfill your dreams!”. We have a new patch for our popular Save The Princess maps! Please go to our download page and then extract these files into your /packages/base folder and replace the existing files! This should fix some bugs that were making the maps not act how they should :) As a note the maps have been considered quite challenging!! Do you have what it takes to save the most beautiful princess in the world?

In addition we have recently been featured at a Linux Conference in Australia! Miniconf was an awesome experience because I was able to give the talk over Skype to our folk from down under! Are you really surprised you got into the top 100? this is epic!
Yeah I'm really surprised and happy!! I'm hoping this will help schools and parents take the software more seriously now so that it can get to more kids. Also hopefully it help get more developers so we can work on improving it and make it more awesome :) It is epic indeed. When I heard that we made it I was running around my apartment going crazy!! Hopefully we can make it into the top 10 but if not I'm still really proud of how far things have come and so happy that other people are supporting and enjoying it. Take care!

This game does look awesome only issue why i don't wanna download is it's for kids maybe release a advanced one later for older generation would be cool and get you guys more on a wider scale.
Its for kids and adults. You can easily make an FPS and an adult rpg off of it. I'm already working on the code for an adult rpg already and it is easy to add in the FPS code. Take care.
