Installing worked for me on D drive.

Some small issues like the double doors that only open one half made me stuck because i tried to open the wrong half and concluded they were closed :)

The installer didn't work :( It's just saying "skippped" to all the files. Both on C: and D:

Any tips?

Not a bad mod. It had a nice balance of combat and puzzles and all flowed very smoothly. A few things I thought could have been improved:

1. The final battle was a bit dull. The fact that all the Combine came from the same entry point meant you could just camp behind those crates and keep shooting (especially considering your squadmates provided a lot of distraction for them).
2. The Strider was obstructed too much by the scenery, thus creating a similar situation to the one above. There were too many areas to hide from it which took out a lot of the thrill of a Strider fight.
3. It took me a while to figure out the elevator bit, mainly because I assumed the water would be permanently electrified (not just when the beam is zapping it). I'm not a physicist though so I could be wrong. Anyone know?
4. Although the voice acting and faceposer work was great, there could have been some more interesting dialogue between other NPCs to give them a little depth. For example, Richard and Laura.
5. Level design was a little visually cluttered and ugly in parts but pretty consistent and worked well with regards to layout etc.

I thoroughly enjoyed playing the mod though, much better than most other single player mods I've played. I'd like to see more from this story!
