Hello everyone!
I decided to release my mod here first. I really don't know when steam support will answer me. I think. it's not so bad, cuz this mod has been in development hell for twelve (was started in August 2009) years =) And now it's finally done.
Features:
- A new single-player campaign consists of 4 chapters (31 gameplay maps + 1 titles)
- Total conversion, a lot of new content
- Atmosphere of the new scientific complex "Delta Base"
- New weapons
- New Dark Ambient soundtrack
- BlueShift-style XEN
HL:D is my largest and oldest project. I'm glad to finish the development. It was "a bit" difficult to make 300+ models, custom texture wads, a lot sounds and, of course, 32 single maps. Also, last summer I decided to return back some cut content (new NPC with her scripts). The plot was incomplete and illogical without this NPC.
...and update the main page for more relevant view.
And sorry guys, English voices will be in steam-version. Now only English subtitles during NPC's monologues.

You can try, but I'm not sure about WON version. I didn't test mod on it (and also didn't make background image for WON main menu).
To "PMDLEADERSHINX": I personnaly recommend to install Xash3D (the standard one by Uncle Mike, build #4344 or higher), like from there (https://www.moddb.com/engines/xash3d-engine/news/xash3d-oktoberfest-2018), and install all your game mods inside, it is a way better than using old bugged & limited WON official HL client.
And you will have similar interface when launching it.
Then you can even create .bat or .exe shortcut in your folder, then add as target something like (you can remove the "-dev" parameter to avoid printing dev warnings in the top-left while playing):
"F:\Xash3D #4344\hl.exe" -game delta_mod -console -log -dev
Rather than launching HL, then search & activate the mod in the section "Custom game".
I install & play all of the singleplayer mods on it.
However, to XF-Alien, I started playing it (I am still a bit after the area where we found the yellow crowbar), I like it very well, nice work, this is the kind of SP games I like to play, besides new weapons is something I like to discover too in new SP games, we just missing English voices despite some Russian words/sentences are funny to hear, but at least we have the sentences written in English for the HUDs!
But maybe try implementing more HD models for characters could have been an asset to make it look even better!

After the incident when you meet guard and scientist and start generator, door with retinal scanner doesn't open. And scientist or guard refuse to follow. I had to noclip this.
Edit: it seems I broke scripting by activating generator early.
Yeah, after the guard used his eyes to enable it, the door will not open, but it does when the guard moved toward the door after opening it.
Try to make move the security guard toward it, it should open.
Mod is very cool. But i can't keep play because it to slooow.
What do you mean? Low FPS?
Pacing are slow. Player moves slowly, weapons get more time to draw end holster. NPC need more time to be dead ETC.
Try under Xash3D no? As I said above to @PMDLEADERSHIN.

These are the gameplay features of the mod. Changing the engine won't help here.

Ah yeah, I see that you mean, yeah engine will not help, I though you were refering about "lags & cie" (low FPS).
Yeah the game has slow code of weapons switch then bugs when out of ammo etc. (no "GetNextBestWeapon" called when out of ammo, etc.), the first is probably for realism, because this is not normal you can switch weapon on a fly in a half-second, in real you can not really properly holster your current weapon then deploy a new one so quickly than under Half-Life!
For me it is realistic this way, but I understand this can be annoying if you do not like or are get use to "fast switch" in-game!
As I said someone else before, HL Violet Shift! Hahaha that Violet suit is kind of... special!
I think the author might need to do some modifications before Steam release, like when you out of ammo, make the game switch to next best weapon, or when you go back to previous weapon (last used item), if this one is empty, you can deploy it while you can not via the inventory listing. I also think some models about characters & weapons could be changed to be better.
However, I am on chapter #3, I love to play it! Fresh game long time no see!

Уважаемый автор! На уровне db1a7 я сел в вагончик подвесной дороги и ... ничего! Никто никуда не едет :-) Предполагаю, что вагончик должен был куда-то двинуться, но нет - двери закрылись и всё. Что делать? Ждать патч? Заранее спасибо за внимание к моему вопросу.
Толстый охранник должен выполнить скрипт. Попробуй загрузить автосейв.

There is no build for Linux, sorry. Only for Windows.

Хоть я и ругался на мод во время его прохождения, но в общем он неплохой. Автору респект. Концовка порадовала тоже)
Половину игры приходится проходить без фонаря
По-своему, конечно, создаёт атмосферы, но в узкой вентиляции, где ты ВООБЩЕ ничего не видишь, куда идти, приходится выяснять через noclip
Не понял, почему фонаря нет? Он предоставляется с костюмом, без которого тебя не пустят дальше первой карты.
