Some informations about our work and new reform in mod team.

Posted by on

Dear modders and members of the team...

After the long time I can see that our work is going...well, in fact it is progressing slower, that in time, when we started making that mod. Only some of our members are working (I won't say who, we know that). We should be ashamed! Look at the Slikk1- he is making better job that 15-members team in such short time! Look at the B2F or German Fronts-few people are making better job that all of us!

In such case we can say that our mod is dying co's of a disease called laziness. After the conversations I and Deathblade100 decided do make a small reform in our team.

Here is a few points that EVERY MEMBER HAVE TO KNOW:

1). As a member of COD: 1914 you can vote about the next thing, we will work and say your opinion, if it's good pointed.

2). WE ARE NOT PAYING OUR MEMBERS FOR DOING NOTHING! For now: every member have to do a work in order to make the mod working and progressing. Every member can tell what he wants to do and how many time he needs. Time can be long, but the fact, that this person will be back and work again is the most important.

3). Every member should (and sometimes have to) help each other. If member ask another member for help he had to help him, instead if he has a good reason (his own work, lack of time or others).

4). If any member want to go on holidays or take a break (for example exams) he HAS TO inform a team about that fact. Time is not important, under the condition that he will be back and work.

5). If member is doing nothing for a long time (month or two) without giving reason he will be kicked out from the team.

6). Every member can tell the opinion about inviting another users to the team. We are not accepting personal conflicts in voting. Argument should be clever, for example: that guy is lazy or he just want to make a personal advert.

7). When the new member wants to join our team every member can vote FOR or AGAINST accepting a new member in team. Deathblade100 is saying some basic info about member and his abilities in modding. Then: the voting began. If (actually) 4 from 6 members is accepting a new member of Mod Team he is accepted too.

8). We are not spamming the mod or team page. If follower ask us about something controversial we need to ask another members about opinion: say it or not. If member will say something, that he shouldn't our team I have to warn about future consequenses (warning, ban or kicking out from team)

9). We have to communicate each other and informate about our progress.

There are many dead mods now. OUR MOD WON'T BE DEAD! Our rewards are: glory for you all and fantastic mod, that will be remembered for a years.

If you want to change something or just give a comment feel free to write.

Cheers, Nieznanywydawca.

Ok, seems fine, should I inform others about german empire officer uniform i was making? When my comp gets repaired it would only need red stripe in the pants, buttons on the back, and correction of collar tabs

Oh, sorry for late reply. Yes, it would be a good idea. If you want to do it just make a screenshot and sent it on mod page or write about your progress. Computer problems again...No problem. You can modify the officer from Earlier Warfare skin pack and add a few new things. Try to look for something in the other models, for example from original game.

Don't worry, some of our new team members can help you with files by work or advice. I think that you should modify the old skin by: using it in blender and import another part of uniform and change it. It should work
