Greetings Fans,

We wanted to give you an update on how things are going on the development side and also to inform you of some interesting feedback that we are getting from the International Print Media. Firstly, as many of you would know, we got featured on the Official UBI Soft Website. We were also asked by PC Gamer UK and PC Gamer Germany to do an interview and provide them with some screenshots and renders, many of them exclusive. Watch for those when they hit news-stands soon. We shall obviously be posting bits from those articles on the website so watch out for those as well.

Also we are also working on some new videos for you to view and shall also be releasing some new renders this coming month. At the moment, we are in the process of getting them ‘skinned’ by our texture artists before making them publicly viewable.

Also we are in the process of establishing a new home in the form of a brand new website. Watch for some brand new renders to start things off.

On a separate note, this coming Friday – 5/7/2004, Eric Pelezo is going to be representing TFW on Half Life Radio at 5PM PST. Don’t forget to Tune In.

The team would like to thank you for making us one of the most (if not the most) talked about modification for Far Cry. It is the community’s support that makes our job easier by providing for us the necessary impetus to carry on and do a great job. The Far Cry engine is the most versatile engine in ages and we hope to craft out a stellar product that well exceeds your desire for something new from this amazing new technology. We encourage everyone to join us on the forums, leave us feedback and provide us with some suggestions of what you want to see in the mod. Please join us for chat in IRC as well. We look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
The “TFW” Team
