Sorry I forgot to post this earlier. Anyway, the RA2 version of Madmod (that's the original one, by Buzzy) is now on my website to download, complete with Harrier Launcher, Buzzy, Insane Tank and more, in the form of an installer with instructions.
This will be the last release of Madmod, as I have more important things to get on with (like games development and Generals stuff).

The above link takes you to the page where every version of Madmod is held: this includes TibEd and non-TibEd versions for both Yuri's Revenge and Red Alert 2.
It's recommended you use TibEd to install and play the mod- this is free from TibEd.net. You will need version 1.53 of TibEd for TibEd-based releases.
