The primary goal of XCY is to create the best Alien and Predator experienced ever imagined by their fans. I have fully explored nearly all comic books, books, movies and games based on the Alien and Predator franchises, the development of the XCY project was started since 2011, it was supposed to be a simple AVP2 mod, but it has since grown and i have a bigger vision of it's future. Wile i apologize if some people got disappointed by my AVP2010 : Unleashed Edition mod i made, i'm sorry for them, but this AVP2 mod i'm still currently adjusting is NOTHING you've ever seen in your entire lives. The compilation also features a AVP2 total remake, wish features absolutely 0% gameplay changes, but changes nearly ALL textures and sounds (of course not including dialogue campaign sounds), about 98% of the game's textures were changed along with 80% gameplay sounds also changed. Music was also changed to Alien, Aliens, Alien3, Alien Resurrection, Predator, Predator 2 and Alien vs Predator movie songs as background music. There are some additional features in the mod especially for the Predator, such as seeying other creatures in other vision modes such as seeying Predators in Heat Vision and seeying Aliens in Pred Vision. All tho it is balanced so you cannot see them from extremely afar. The mod is FULLY compatible with vanilla multiplayer mods such as the Savior Project mod, with absolutely 0% problems encountered when playing with people with normal AVP2 skins. However, the mod is NOT recommended to play with other radical change mods such as PROJAM4 and AVP2010 mod for AVP2, because some of the skins were taken from the mods, and it can look confusing when playing with the AVP2 remake. Currently i have no names yet for the AVP2 remake, but i'll probably name it Xenomorph Contra Yautja. It also works with the expansion pack Primal Hunt and it also has additional features there such as a changed cloaking texture mod to be similar to the first Predator movie, and also changed the Dunya corporate HUD and the Ancient Predator skin. Humans were made so they look closer to the movies, such as the Marines constantly wearing the Aliens uniforms seen in the movie, wile Corporates use the Wayland Yutani uniforms seen in a small section of Alien3, Predators have mixed skins from many different movies, such as the normal Predator being the Predator from the first movie, Light Predator the City Hunter, Heavy Pred the Celtic from AVP movie, the Assault Pred the Falconer from Predators, and the Ancient Predator was BASED around the Ritual Armor from Predator Concrete Jungle. The mod is currently over 1.6GB high, and like most of my mods such as Charlie Oscar Delta, it aims to provide a different experience and really FEEL like you're a bloodthirsty Alien, a honorable Predator and a badass Marine. Free games will include legal versions of Alien Trilogy and AVP2, fan games will be AVP MUGEN 2013, AVPX (GZDoom with Freedoom.wad IWAD plus 3 Alien Doom mods compiled into one), Aliens Infestation THE FAN GAME Trilogy (not the NDS title published by Sega), Aliens LV_426 game (remake of Aliens TCVG, the C64 port), and Aliens Roguelike. The only game that will be actually modded will be AVP2, because Alien Trilogy doesn't support mods and currently there's absolutely no mods for that game anyways. This is only a working concept of the project, and perhaps things can be changed in the final thing. Currently i'm still working on the Moddb art site contents and the mod itself, other than that, all the other things are ready to be compiled.
