Wohoo the optimalization of terrain loading and all stuff that concerned it is practically done for now!
Also rewrote how blocks are rendered and managed a lot so it will have less impact on the server when transferring terrain data
for now my main goal is to rewrite some of the collsion detection as the whole tileset system was rewritten too and it needs couple tweeks to start fully working again
