Why yes, the Mi-4 was, a modified copy of an American Sikorsky helicopter made from stolen blueprints during the ending years of the Korean War. I could direct you to a very good documentary series called "Made in The USSR" on the YouTube but I am afraid those vidoes nor the user who posted them is no longer present on that website. Sorry.
Actually, according to Made in the USSR, the helicopter was not a copy at all, it was just designed in response to it and turned out to be the better design.
