As DEFCON is coming closer and closer to completion, we're able to set a more concrete release date. For now, we're saying by the end of '03 it will be released, but as we get closer to that date we'll be able to narrow it down. I'm going to try to give a one week notice before release, so that the team can try to get an online games night going. At some point in the future, we'll be looking for beta testers so keep your eyes open ;)

I've also updated the Estimated Release Date with this information
