Untamed: Life of a Cougar is a big cat simulation game, that closely mirrors the life of a Mountain lion in the wild. you can hunt, stalk and scavenge.
You start out alone, and you have to find a mate to be able to have cubs. once you've gotten cubs, they'll start out as tiny cute new borns with limited mobility, but with time, they'll grow and become active.
the active cubs grow up to become adolescents and they are able to run from predators.
despite being an apex predator, starvation and the threat of predators is a threat that faces you all the time.
