I'm super excited to announce that Paperbound earned the place of Runner-Up in the Seattle Indie Game Competition at the Power of Play conference in Redmond, WA.
Five finalists were chosen from more than thirty entries. The judges debated for a long time, and Paperbound took home 2nd Place. Its combination of clever puzzles, smooth controls, and frantic action impressed the judges.
I'd like to give a big congratulations to Night Light Interactive for their winning game, Whispering Willows.
The conference was great, mainly for meeting other devs and industry people. The talks were OK, but not mind-blowing. I think that my favorite was the postmortem for The Bridge by Ty Taylor.
