Here is a fresh update for the Overgrowth comic. This week I have been working a lot on terrain, but I still found some time to get some work done on the comic. I have a lot of terrain to go before we have enough for an entire game, but by switching up my jobs I am able to stay super pumped!
Here is a little example of how I rough-in the art before I start adding details. This allows me to make sure I have room for text, and can fit all the action in.
I have done some research looking at popular web comics, but I may have missed some. Do you know of any good web comics I should check out?
Also please note that we have a special RSS feed just for comic updates: you can subscribe on either the regular feed or the HD feed. (permalink)

nice job, keep that story coming!

Ok great game-project and nice comic, but are you going to make a newspost for every comic page that gets released?
Don't get me wrong, I really like the work you guys do, and you deserve some media attention
but newsposts about comics is not mod/indie game related. I'd rather not have all the mod related news get bumped down for webcomic news and 5 newspost about the same "organic indie pack" was not needed either.
It's not getting me more excited about the game and the development of it, on the contrary.
Please keep things like this for profile news, so that people who really care and "watch" the game see it, but not for the front-page.
sry-double post
Oops - I did not know there was a profile only option. Thanks for the tip! I will keep comic updates private.

Meaning: a lot of info in one single post/news instead of a few concise articles. Or links to external sources and information, which is highly unhandy for guys who DO NOT have time for reading tens of pages of treaties.
There's no time for reading too long posts.
There's time to have a quick look at some news pages and choose the right ones. At least IT doesn't take so much time as reading not efficiently parcelled and unnecessary prolonged news.
First slicing bread, then eating. Not trying to eat whole bread to satisfy oneself for a few days.
Also spotlighted news, every news, gets Overgrowth more popularity (and more possible players for multiplayer/fanbase). It could even attract some guests to register and watch it, especially people who didn't look into game lists.
I would have to say you guys make some pretty good comics
