The Third primary cell is the Intelligence Division; dedicated entirely to the gathering of information of all kinds, military, economic and political. They are even known to have spread its operatives into some governments at the highest level. The ID is key to the success of the Enclave, which relies heavily on intelligence about the situation across the galaxy. Since the Enclave is neither a public organisation, a military or economic power, the only way they can affect change is by extending their influence and make use of good and precise information.
Military Intelligence
The Federation:
Mobilized - Although passive
The Federation military remains mobilized despite a relative lack of activity in the ongoing conflict with the Sith Order and The Empire. Public support in favor of a continuation of this policy. More on that below.
At least one Federation fleet is known to be in orbit of Eriadu, the Federation capital in order to protect it against a direct attack from behind Imperial borders. Chatter on military channels support rumors that the military is planning on completely blocking the major hyperspace routes into Federation, thus freeing up military assets for increased protection at Federation border systems
Federation ground forces have proven less effective than what military commanders had hoped and there is talk of reform.

Many Jedi however serve in the Federation military, serving most often in leadership positions. Several Jedi have also been confirmed to been serving in a wide variety of Special force units. Some unofficial.

Some are known to operate inside the Imperial army of the The Empire, more or less in same capacity as the Jedi serve the Federation.

The Mandalorian military forces remain mobilized and active, having recently annexed the Sector of Ruusan. Engagements against Mandalorian forces reveals a dedicated and highly experienced fighting force.
In order to increase its fighting force, the Mandalorian military makes use of droids and other auxiliary troops to supplement its forces.

The Federation:
The Federation political elements are currently focused on expanding Federation influence outside of Federation borders. Due to wide public support in favor of a defensive and passive approach in the war against the Empire, the political situation is preventing the military from being allowed to take aggressive action. More than once in the last few decades there have been unconfirmed rumors of military leaders conspiring to commit a Coup.

The Jedi Order:
Except in special cases, the Jedi order is mostly politically inactive and leaves politics for the politicians. This may also be connected to the negative image and opinions surrounding
Jedi in positions of political power due to historical events.
It has been known for a while now that the Jedi Council have even gone as far as suggesting a law be passed that prevents Jedi members from holding certain political positions. The Senate voted in favor is this, however the Chancellor made a Veto against it, costing him a great deal of support in the Senate. The motives of the Chancellor remains unknown.
The Sith Order:
Officially the Sith Order barely even register in the political circles, unofficially they are often suspected or discovered trying to manipulate politics in their favor, especially within the Empire. However due to the current distrust of force users in power within the Empire they meet heavy resistance.
The Empire:
The Emperor and his Council have remained politically inactive mostly, only breaking this pattern recent in order to remain at peace with the Mandalorian Hegemony after their attempted intervention at Ruusan. Politically the Empire have proven very politically stable, perhaps due to the lack of Sith in the higher ranks.

The Mandalorian Hegemony:
Mandalorian leadership is seemingly stable and politically very active, especially in their fight against local resistance cells within the Hegemony. Between Mandalorian propaganda and the relative silence of the population, public opinion remains hard too ascertain.
In recent event combined with historical records, political element seem to favor the use of the military in order to enforce political objectives.

The Hutt Empire:
The Hutt political circle is as expected highly competitive and this sometimes effect their Empire a great deal. However a recent "peace" of this rivalry between the different clans along with the Hutt council allocating more and more funding into their military forces reveals that they have seemingly united on one front. To what end is still to speculative.
Hutt trade in items that are illegal across most of the galaxy have continuously pushed their political agenda of convincing their neighbors of changing their laws. According to public records, the Federation records, the Senate have refused the Hutts proposals a total of 13 times in the last 10 years. Unofficial sources reveal that in each instance the Hutts have attempted to bribe Federation envoys.
The above is also suspected to have taken place in diplomatic talks with the Mandalorian Hegemony, however any further details have proven difficult to procure.

Economic Intelligence
The Federation:
The Federation enjoys a stable and progressive economy, however maintaining a mobilized military for several decades have caused the government to accumulate a large debt that is still increasing. Furthermore, rumors of the military wanting to complete blockade the major hyperspace routes into Federation space have caused stock markets to drop slightly, with the expects fearing a much larger drop should the military proceed.
While stable, many experts fear that the Federation is heading towards and economic downturn that will greatly destabilize the market. this would force the Senate to increase spending in order to compensate and subsequently increase existing state debt by 50%.

The Jedi Order:
Tied to the Federation economy in two categories; Civil Enforcement budgets and Military budgets. Allocated funding changes depending on where the majority of Jedi focus is.
The Sith Order:
While being given some economic support by the Empire, their Order is known to spend much more that what they are given, indicating other significant sources of income. Operatives have attempted to reveal the source in the past. All attempts were unsuccessful.
The Empire:
Running a largely state controlled economy, there is little fluctuation in the economy, in either direction. Like the Federation, maintaining a mobilized military effects the economy, but unlike the Federation, the Empire have not accumulated the same amount of debt. Instead the Empire is suffering from a stagnant economy. This is not entirely because of the military though.
With most of the Empires sectors being those which produces the least, and requires the most raw materials and other basic needs, procuring these things is getting increasingly difficult with Federation and Mandalorian influence extending through most of the Outer and Mid rim.

The Mandalorian Hegemony:
Information on the Mandalorian economy is incomplete. Their economic structure is a compromise between the Free Market of the Federation and the State controlled economy of the Empire, allowing them to maintain a mobilized military and still allow for the economy to grow.
However it is widely suspected that constant expansion and the following influx of income is the only thing that allows this system to work. A crash in the free market however, would greatly compromise their ability to maintain a stable economy and/or rejuvenate it.

The Hutts economy have always been strong and still is, a free market for every imaginable trade. Still, it is no secret that the Hutts control most of the trade to a greater or lesser extent. Due to the high amount of corruption, Hutt manipulation of the economy of almost non-existent public records regarding the flow of credits, the true size of the economy can only be speculated.
