The mod isn't dead, do not worry.
I haven't posted (or in fact been able to bring) any new updates to the game as I am having trouble with the scripting aspect of it all.
Any help would be welcome, as the mod is at a standstill 'till I get things working!
I hope that the mod will get a release early 2015 if people are willing to help with the aforementioned scripting aspect.

Did you ask some help from the modders working on Warsword Conquest or ElvenPath??
Maybe, they could help you about the scripts or even giving you some resources...
