Current statusupdate:
i did add alot of new stuff the last days and weeks to the game, however heres a quick
overview whats now in the game:
Features:
Gameplay:
- Distance sounds on all weapons
- Class selection when starting a game / entering a new map
- Small tweaks on the FrikBots
Engine:
- Combine Engine V1.0 (based on Kurok 0.4)
- Full working HLBSP with transparency and WAD3 support
- External texture support (PCX (DTX compression), TGA (Type 1 and Type 10)
- Usermap Browser
- 32bit resampler for GFX
- Realtime Shadows and Dithering (can be turned on and off by the user)
Weapons:
CODED IN:
- Colt, P38, M1 Carbine, K43, MP40, Thompson, Sten, M1 Bazooka, Kar98k.
- Smoke Grenades, Stickygrenades, Frags and Stielhandgranate (class specific).
NOT ANIMATED:
- Sawnoff Shotgun
KICKED OUT:
- STG44
- MG42
- Browning HMG
- BAR
These 3 weapons were kicked out for various reasons.. However i dont want to have too much guns
in the first release, and the STG44 was never finished by ceriux.
MAPS:
- Bombed City Ruins (both indoor and outdoor locations)
- Castle of Doom (based on my NZP custommap)
- Cold Fear (snowy german city)
- Dreizes Compact (Dreizes map with some additional stuff... BEST MAP EVER? LOL)
- German Weaponfactory (Factory styled map)
- Nazi Fortress (Abandoned castle used by the nazis as a base)
- Nazibase in Africa (AfrikaKorps base, desert styled map)
- Snipers Paradise (You will get more than one headshot on this xD)
- Warfield (large open Area in a Forest with some hidden bunkerarea)
And there will be also some bonusmaps (including Nuketown and some cool classic custom
Quakemaps) :D
Also different eboots for FAT and Slim PSP and a signed EBOOT for the ppl who dont have
a CFW.
Gawd, I luv this. Specially that part of the Combine Engine (Hope the weather gets better there)
