Happy New Year
First the Sands of war team would like to wish everyone a very happy new year.

New Weapons
We here at the Sands of War team have been hard at work creating all sorts of new features for the game. For todays update, we bring you the fruit of TSS's labors. Some renders of our brand new weapon models which will be in game shortly.

Downloads taken down
We have taken down the download of SoW 2 beta 1.1. A long time has passed since the release in which several Source engine changes and updates has been rolled out. This has caused beta 1.1 to be incredible buggy, which anyone who have tried it over the last months will know. We have therefore decided to remove the download until the release of our next beta.

I'd much prefer it if those weapons were skinned, but they show alot of promise, good work.

Join the Team
While production has been continuing on most fronts of SOW2 development, we lack full staffing in every department. Thus we are putting out a call for motivated individuals to add to our team. Specifically we are in need of skinners to finish off our weapon models and coders to adjust and modify gameplay. Feel free to apply for other positions aswell.

To apply please visit www.sandsofwar2.com and pm AwesomePossum or J0k3 on the forums.

I was just editing out the "illegal" parts Bigbird. I always do that, and then quote them in the comment section.

Typos? The closest thing I can find to that is Skorpion, and that's spelled correctly.

I've compared those weapons to some pics on Modern Firearms...they're missing quite a bit of detail. For starters, the Skorpion is blocky and missing handgrip detail and buttstock isn't curved on the end, the G36E is missing those holes in the heatshield and I don't think it sticks out like that, and SPAS-15 is missing handgrip detail.
