I am adding new units, and distinctions between the current units as well. For example: Sniper, and Phantom will replace the current Commando, they will be 2 different units, with 2 different jobs, one will be anti infantry, and spotter, one will be for close combat, and sabotage.
I am also working on getting the Protoss back in as a 4th race. It's a hard job as I don't know any coding, and SC was never meant to handle a 4th race. You will be able to use most of their original units, but not all, and their base will be much smaller, and they will only be available in UMS maps (nothing I can do about that, sorry).
The version I am currently working on has much better graphics than my previous versions, but they are being borrowed from someone who doesn't like it when people borrow graphics without asking, and who doesn't like to talk alot, so it's difficult for me to push forwards not knowing whether or not I can release the end product.

Dangit, this was the original reason for posting the news and I completely forgot about it. I am going to completely redo the version counter. That means I am starting from the beginning. Going back to 1.? (I may update between releases) for this next release. I just wasn't very good with the versions before, but now I will be making it work this way: *.** (* means big release, lots of new stuff, graphics and junk, ** means small release, either fixes, or stat adjustments)...I will finally be organized properly in that respect...nobody's said anything to me about it yet, but I really was a bit disorganized before.
Seiji_Asuru gave me permission to use his awesome graphics in my mod! YAY! Now you can all have SC2 graphics in my Human Empires mod!
