The new screens are taken from adjusting water reflection & refraction values. Water is an essential part of gameplay in "Into the Dark" as it allows you to swim up where you can`t climb or jump to, and it slows down enemies efficiently.
The aussault gun shown can be unlocked in soldier mode only, however adventure players will get also a nice reward for thinkign instead of shooting ;)
