So I go to office depot this one day find Men of War Assault Squad. And I'm stink'n happy to download this. Then it's finished installing I open the game. Then has a box that says MSVCR71.dll is missing try reinstalling this. So I do it 4 times and it still says it over and over again. Please help me.

Buy the game from steam and you will have no more problems...
Try downloading that dll file
If it's a legal copy try to download this DLL file. Then all other - as if You'll look closer, there might be few DLL files you're missing. Check each warning about missing DLLs as there might be one letter different.
Don't download .DLL files, it won't fix the problem, instead install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package that matches your operating system.
