Alright, so I have figured out some more of the story, so you are headed to the other base, the rebels there tell you that the combine are after a precious material, ( not sure on a name), see, the singularity ( this takes place at the same time as half-life 2 episode 2) is strong growing in power, but it doesn't have the power to make what the combine had planned to do, anyways, they need that material to give the singularity the power, but Thats thats still as far as I have gotten, but thats a little bit more to done.
