Are you an experience modeler/skinner?
Mod Fidelity is looking for someone who has been working with the Source engine for awhile to help us bring Modular Combat to next level. You will be tasked with creating, skinning, and rigging player models for Modular Combat.
If you are interested, please contact us at modfidelity@gmail.com with your name, SteamID, and examples of your work. If you are a team that would like to bring your talent to Mod Fidelity, please include the names and contact info for everyone on your team.
Thanks, and we'll see you soon!
I cant do this, but good luck!
Oh, finally. :D Anyway, typo. Are you an experience modeler/skinner? = Are you an experienced modeller/skinner?
(Not sure about modeller or modeler, tough.)
Modeler is correct, and I might come help ya guys once I settle a couple things I have going on right now. Can check out some of my previous models on my moddb page. If you're interested in my previous work feel free to contact me.
what about that MC 1.77 "soon" release then =( ? *sniff*
It's using the awesome new HL2 Episode 3 engine, with new titty-glistening technology. Episode 3 is coming out in a package bundled with Duke Nukem Forever and Starcraft 2
lets try not to use so much sarcasm that you make people think we're doing things that we arent.
nice guys
i just started learning skinning, but not good enough
but i hope you get a good one
No! God no! don't start with this "next level" of "new player models" will end badly. This is a bad idea and I think a lot of the players will agree some of the major charm to this mod is the fact it uses all the stock content in such creative ways. Personally I think this "next level" will make this another jailbreak story, a great mod with lots of players, but the more you ruin the charm to look good the less people will like it. This mod has EXTREME potential, and I say with the deepest truth, don't ruin it with this "next level."
Sincerely,
Tyler Logsdon
You wouldn't happen to need a concept artist, would you :P ?
