Update 2.1.3 :- 08-Aug-2015

* Bug Fixing:-

# Some People have an alert about Licences and Piracy shown to them without doing anything, this now will be fixed after doing this update

# For People who have this error ,The mod Launcher won't work for them until they do the update 2.1.3 , 
- and since the launcher is not working they have to run (As Admin) the "Mod Updater.exe" directly to do the update ( Mod Updater Must Be Ran As Administrator )

# Note that if Mod Updater was ran not as Administrator , it will not download the Update ..
