The last month was very complicated, setting up some kind of team structure. However, things are moving forward, albeit slowly.
We're currently in the concept phase, we're prototyping every elements that will end up in the game, and documenting everything. Our concept artist is busy, drawing sketches, for various elements of the game, we might need an additional concept artist if anybody is interested !
On the mapping side, we're finally working something out with the engine, to make maps long enough for flying on ! I'd like to thank our friend Defragen from the Hypovolemia mod, for asking the valve devs, while visiting Valve's offices, how to make bigger maps.
On the coding side, not much. I'm busy with a very lame part of my life, swapping my current depression drug with another.
For those who aren't familiar with clinical depression, let's just say that it really kills your determination, and mood when you're untreated, and it doesn't go away on it's own.
Anyways, let's just say it affects my productivity badly. But it should get better soon enough.
Our current manager is also busy with his life. I had to clear this up with him before "going public" with the team's current status, so I would avoid incorrectly saying that he disappeared or something, which is part of the reason there weren't new updates in a while.
Oh, and for some reason the parsing system I've made for the Arwing is crashing the keyvalues class...
Hopefully, March should be a better month :)
