That's it, after my last effort at coding left me completely devastated and depressed, even outside of upsx, I need help, what has priority now is to finish up the port of the stunbaton weapon from unreal 2 alpha, anyone with experience on melee weapons is appreciated. You can even take existing code from somewhere like unautomag (because porting the superclasses code from u2 alpha is a headache honestly).
It should be slot 0 weapon preferably and should use the dispersionpistol ammo for the charged mode which should do more damage, the actual stunning is not necesary but can be made like the nitrogenslith projectiles from asgard's version slowed the player momentarily.
The last coder and modeller that wanted to do this left us for his studies and I certainly don't want the same to happen here when you basically are already considering the guy a full member he quits at that moment with maybe a future involvement, but we need a workable weapon now while there's work on the maps. And JackHonda's been improving the existing maps nicely.
Within the story it is required for one of the AIs and the model screenshots and concept art showed a baton like weapon, so it is natural to port/adapt into original Unreal an unfinished u2 alpha weapon.
