What is it? - The goal of this contest is to come up with a TNM logo to replace the stylized, spinning DX logo which you see when you start up Deus Ex. Obviously TNM shall need it's own, unique logo, which is where this contest comes in.
What are the rules/guidelines?
- The objective is to create a stylized 'TNM' logo to replace the spinning DX logo. The logo should contain only the letters 'TNM' and not parts of any words (ex: Nameless) There is no restriction on the level of 'stylization' so long as you don't submit the Verizon logo and tell us that it's your genious brainchild which perfectly represents us.
-Submissions should contain front, side and optional 3D (only include this one if you feel it is needed to fully explain your design) views.
-Submissions should be be in a popular image format (jpg, bmp, png, gif).
-Submissions may be created using any medium, if you want to draw it on paper and scan it in, that's cool with us. If you want to pull out your 3000 dollar graphics software, that's cool too.
-Each individual is permitted a maximum of 3 submissions.
-There is no size restriction, but keep in mind that a submission which is 100*100 pixels is obviously going to be a lot lower quality than something that's 1000*1000 and has less chance of being fully appreciated.
Who will choose the winner? - All submissions will be judged by Trestkon, Jonas, Phasmatis, Despot and KingKashue. Bribes lower than 1000 American dollars are not accepted.
What's the prize? - Reaching deep into the bowels of time, we have pulled out the Official Prima Strategy Guide for Deus Ex. The guide has been signed by the department heads of the Deus Ex development team! We'd like to thank Despot for donating such a wonderful treasure.
But... - "I live in *insert distant country here*, can I still win the guide?" The answer is yes. We want to keep the contest open to everyone. As such, if a postal service can get to your house, we'll ship it to you :-)
When does the contest end? - The contest will run for a period of one month. That would be until April 20th, 2005. The winner will be announced on the 25th. Late submissions will not be accepted.
