List of Known
Issues for the 7/1 Content Update
We are aware of several
issues with the content update. Here is a list of them with possible
resolutions.
**Resolved** The game crashes when launching it
from the website
Some players are getting a game crash when
they launch the game through the website (big red "Game Start" button).
We are currently investigating the issue and will resolve it as soon as
possible. In the meanwhile, we recommend to use the "Direct Launch"
method. This involves the following steps:
1. Double-click on
your Combat Arms folder (the default location is C:\Nexon\Combat Arms)
2. Double-click
on the icon labeled Combatarms_Direct.exe
This should launch
Combat Arms the old way, and will bring up the login screen. You can
then login with your Nexon Passport ID to play Combat Arms.
Some players are unable to access the Rec Rules server.
Some
players are unable to access the Rec Rules server. It will "hang"
indefinitely with the following message "Connecting to server. Please
wait...". This issue is also under investigation and will be resolved as
soon as possible.
In the meanwhile, please try again as the
server may be busy.
Pressing
ALT while on the Rec Rules server does not activate the "buff" you just
picked up
This is because your ALT key is already
bound to another action. To fix this issue, follow these steps:
1.
Once in Combat Arms, open the Options (gear icon on the top right
corner of the screen)
2. Click the "Load Default" button.
This
will reset your options and you will be able to activate the "buffs"
with the ALT key.
We will keep this list updated and work to
resolve these issues as soon as possible.
