Leonardo was far ahead of his time, and had many professions, he was an Italian polymath: painter, sculptor, architect, musician, scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist and writer. Inventing machines to protect a city or siege it. One such invention that marveled me personally was his programmable robot cart that could carry a guard's armor and patrol a set path. He is also recognized for his failure at flight, yet it was several centuries, and the birth of an entirely new nation until we succeeded. He was able to design a bridge 220m in length and divert an entire River for defense. His anatomy studies were amazingly accurate sketches of most parts, and his observations were extensive. Leonardo was a true genius that observed his world without emphasizing on theoretical explanations , only describing it in detail.
