PC Gamer (UK) profiled the new Keto NPC for Baldur's Gate II in the February 2005 edition's Extra Life section, and delivered a glowing review.

PC Gamer called Keto "one of our favourites" and hailed Keto and companion mod Kelsey NPC as demonstrating "the first-class creative abilities of the Baldur's Gate II community."

Keto is currently at version 2 and contains content for Shadows of Amn. New content for Throne of Bhaal will be available soon.
