Ok just to clear confusion:
1) The russian mafia will have new models (the old model will also be kept)
2)Tampa is removed and the russian mafia will have uranus instead
3) There will be new territory
4) Grove Street is no longer friendly and to take the credits from the territory you will have to sneak
