Heyho folks, your administrative issues are back again with yet another Just Cause 3 Multiplayer 1.1 development blog!🔥

Main topic: the new UI

We have been working on a completely revised UI and with that we also have some new features! As you can see the new UI is much cleaner than the current one. We also made some changes to the keybind settings, you can now rebind controls to special keys (Mouse 4 & 5 and such). We also added a search option so you can find the required keybind faster. We also fixed a bug where a multi-key binding would only show one key.

We made some changes to the way news posts are formatted in the menu and we also made it so the posts are prefetched during the loading screen so they are instantly available once the menu loads.

Finally we also added support for pressing the enter key in the server password field to apply.




Changes, new features and fixes:

  • We added a few new scripting functions to improve the current and upcoming gamemodes out there
  • We worked on the disaster
  • We're working on a bug in cef/chromium (html input range loses mouse tracking). Fixing and testing this bug is pretty time intensive, but we're sure we manage to get it fixed until next week
