We've officially begun work on the mod. We also recently picked up a conceptual artist which we were in dire need of. We've been continuing work on text maps feeling out Source as so little is known at this point. We've completed one character's conceptual art, that will be modeled soon. Then hopefully animation can begin. We've worked most of the bugs out of the original SDK release and have begun work on some of the mod code itself. The new SDK hits soon, so once that is out we should have a better idea of how to get everything done code-wise.
We're in need of a texture artist or two at this point to assist in the texturing of models as well as world textures. Also any body interested in modeling, we're looking for you as well. See the specific job postings for more info on those things.
