Human Error by the Half-Life 2: Short Stories mod team is having its first "offical" media release. Again, all you see is still very much in work in progress. Human Error is very much about gameplay and so far most of the time has gone to making the mod fun to play rather than something to look at. As a result, the first episode is now playable from the start to finish. Obviously the gameplay is not anywhere near finished, there is a lot of work to do in that part.
Still, we are slowly starting to work on the aesthetics of the maps and if you are interested on helping as a mapper or prop modeler, or even sound designer, let us know.
The video was done in few days with couple of different free programs.

Those models are really cool by the way. I like how they have been redesigned, but it's still clear what they're supposed to be. The controller looks especially good and the grunt looks like a big beefy vortigaunt. :D I love it.
This is a genius idea. I saw something similar to this but not the same a week or so ago. The Holoroom. I like the idea of short playable game releases. Release early, release often! I'm currently working on short storylines and maps with the aid of Synergy.

The Controller isn't use rockets. and Agrunt isn't have hgun - this video is something wrong.

Omg that part where the controller threw the barrel was amazing! Bravo! Also, will you change it's fire to electricity like in normal one?
One last thing: Why not make 2 variants of the alien grunt one with armor, green or dark silver, which has more health and the one without which has less health. Alien Grunt and Alien Grunt elite.

In HL they have armor and which mean they are slave,now they don't have armor which mean they are free.
