Hotfix v.1.0.5 Release
Hey guys,
for the last month we've seen our campaign grow and grow in popularity. However most comments seem to revolve around the difficulty.
What makes it very difficult is that there are seasoned players with hundreds of hours of experience in contrast to players who re-installed the game for this campaign.
In addition, only about 0,5% of players leave a comment for us. If it is too hard for 0,5% and the rest is fine with it, we might adjust the balancing towards a small minorities preference. We had a closed beta with about 20 people and we had no complains about difficulty.
That being said, we heard the criticism and understand where most of you are coming from. Thus, there is a new hotfix which adds more weapons, ammo and item spawns as well as lower the spawning rates a bit. We just hope, it won't be too easy for some people now
Patch Notes:
Hotfix v.1.0.5:- Adjusted difficulty level for all maps (now less spawns)
- Higher item spawn rate
- Random lockers now almost always spawn something
- Fixed some minor nav-mesh errors
- Improved performance slightly

although i welcome the addition of more items i highly regret to know you'll be decreasing the common infected spawn rate, that was the one thing that kept the campaign highly enjoyable from start to end beside it's fantastic visuals. it doesn't have many panic events or tricky terrain to navigate so it relies on beautiful scenery and challenging crowd management. anyway, thanks for all your brilliant work and i'm very glad to have played it. cheers!
