As of Patch 11, this (should) no longer be relevant.
For those of you suffering from the red/yellow/whatever overlay on everything, here's a solution until I solve the root problem. Open user.ltx (probably in Documents, or just search your computer for stalker-shoc to find the right folder), find the line starting with r2_aa_break, and paste this over it:
r2_aa_break 0.000000,0.000000,0.000000
