This version is DEFINITELY compatible with beta 5.

- Added Remove command to hivemind menu, and restored the hivemind menu.
- Added 'hive_remove' command that kicks bots
- Tidied general code.
- Now bundling metamod all-mod-support patch 9 for NS Beta 5.
- Added support for NS beta 5.
