Hello all, we've been busy behind the scenes polishing, brainstorming, and bouncing ideas around and now we feel is a good time to show our planned hero list for the mod. We are still thinking about how to properly do Bounty Hunters so not many of them will appear in the list. Certain minor heroes may have to be recruited from certain places. Minor Heroes WILL NOT respawn (non-negotiable) and as of right now, neither will Major Heroes. If you believe this should be changed, explain why below. Awkward how the high and prestigious position of Grand Admiral seems to be the most numerous on the Imperial's hero list.
Because we are going to add the 12 Grand Admirals, that would make for its common sight on the list.
Very inpressive line up. Now I know that I have to protect Rebel One with my life. But honestly I like how heros don't respawn, makes for more tactical gameplay.
Keep it away from SDs, unless you have a good fleet.
It was a difficult call, but we thought the same. We have some plans for bounty hunters but we still need to veriry if its doable.
Would be cool. Any faction can hire them but I leave that up to you guys.
nice list, but now i have to ask how tech works, because if the rebels loss their units to steal tech, then their stuck
We would like to move away from that system of tech upgrading, but as is R2 and 3P0 respawn normally when stealing tech.
Will Tarkin get the Executrix so he isn't a worthless pain in space battles that wont let you retreat even if you are horribly outnumbered? I stick him on the surface of Coruscant and never look back.
Also Vader might be cool if he started in the Devastator then transferred to the Executor later. Devastator went up in the cool factor when it demolished the Rebel fleet in Rogue One.
There never was a good reason to bring Tarkin with your fleet, I did the same thing.
Yes, early Vader will have the Devastator and from it he will spawn with his TIE squadron and later the Executor.
EDIT: I forgot to respond about Tarkin, yes he will have the Executrix in space.
Id like heroes (at least major ones to respawn) u could just make their respawn time very long, couldnt u?
wot if a hero died on a planet where u there was no chance of winning and no chance of capturing a landing zone to retreat???

What about Soontir Fel? Sure he fought on both sides but it can be rouge squadron counter part.
The 181st Imperial Fighter Wing includes Fel.

The list is amazing. I think major heroes should respawn because even when heroes lose battles they dont always die they usually escape.
shouldn't Rae Sloane and Gallius Rax be Major Heroes?
Not here, like most Captains, Admirals, etc they are just minor. You can see the Grand Admirals being minor too.
the reason i brought it up is those two were the primary leaders of the Empire following Endor, other wise i would be fine with your choices
In Canon, we are not following Canon timeline. We are using what we want from there.
No pellaeon?
Before Endor, Pellaeon was stuck as second-in-command of Chimaera, which did nothing notable before the Battle of Endor. Maybe in a Post-Endor GC (Depending on how far we go).
Could be nice to see Mara Jade in the Galactic Empire Heroes, either as a minor hero or a major hero.
Any plans on adding in Rex?
Can the major heroes respawn after a tech upgrade or after a really long time??
I ask this because i like to use my heroes as much as possible and when they get stuck in a stupid situiation such as thrawn getting blown up by a million bombers is kinda frustrating.

That's why you have to think more tactical when preparing your forces to attack. Heroes wont save up your day.

He is an admiral who commands his prototype Interdictor cruiser.
I believe the Major Heroes should be respawnable, though either under certain conditions or after an extended time period.
That said, I kind of hope Mara Jade could be moved over to Major Heroes, especially considering the Empire has so few major heroes compared to the Rebellion.
