It's been a long time since I've posted an update one here, sorry, so I thought I'd fill everyone in on what's been goin on in the world of Hellfrire.

First off, the biggest news is we have switched back to the UT2k4 engine. The reason behind the switch back is that originally we didn't think UT2k4 could handle the helos as well as BF could. Once it was released however we found out that it could handle them just fine. We also started to realize that the BF engine was holding us back, and we could accomplish SO much more with Unreal.

With this switch we are allowed to update all of our weapons, 500+ polys and in some cases over 800! This has already improved greatly upon the look of Hellfire. As you can see in our gallery at Hellfire.ph4rt.com that we have updated 23 weapon models and created an base defense weapon that can be used as a vehicle. We have also created the look of the main menu, which can also be viewed in the gallery.

We're currently HARD at work making more weapons/3rd person views of those weapons. As well as texturing everything. Again, sorry for not posting as much news as we'd like to, but for some funny reason making a game is taking a lot of our time :) .
