Finally getting back on course some, thanks to a better kept schedule. List of things accomplished:
-Revolver damage dropped from 14 to 12 again, to encourage proper munition usage.
-Only in single player, the order 10mm now does 10 vs 11 damage, to encourage proper munition usage.
-Handguns have been revisted to tighten up consistency, as the 10mm has been too competitive for a while.
+Revolver no longer cocks its hammer when ending a full reload, although it does still have a slight speed penalty to reload end.
*This has always been to encourage precision over gunslinging, but the penalty was too harsh
+Mach-17 spec ops accuracy boosted by 3.75%, to account for its chronic dependency on followup shots, even at close range where a 30% "point blank" bonus is now present
-Reduxed M460 sounds... Twice. A third lap is still necessary, however.
-Aim decay rate is now decreased when aiming down sights, but recoil kicks harder when ADS, as has been established.
-Fixed some texture and model loading issues introduced when changing package structure, due to the nature of dynamic loading. These have been laid to rest.
-Completed B3-SAS tilt sequences, adding a 5th to the pile of updated weapons.
-Fixed a bug where weapon damage was listed as scaling with non-melee weapons, as it does no such thing for guns.
