Happy 'merica day, one and all. A chaotic month, but not one without merit. Here's what got done:
-Revamped duck mechanics. Players had too much incentive to duck all the time in firefights, so now instead of adding focus rate, ducking has an additive bonus to current accuracy, making it good for brief moments of accuracy, as well as making it lucrative for low-accuracy weapons.
-Updated revolver part descriptions to be more cartridge specific in nomenclature.

On Atrey's end:
-Created a new sound system. The new sound system for Hatchet has a number of interesting features, including:
-A great variety of audio effects, from reverb and echo, to equalization and other nonsense.
-Higher definition support
-A new file management system, making patching and replacing old sound data more efficient and less file size intensive, in the future.
-Left/right channel specificity, and the ability to play sounds in 3d space in real time.
-More file size efficiency overall, and potentially less memory usage as a result.
-More overall sound channels, and with less interference.
