We are proud to announce that a DEMO version of the Grand Theft Auto III RAGE Classic project, led by Garju67, will be released on August 8th exclusively through the EFLC version of GTA IV: San Andreas BETA 3 Add-ons system*. Features in August 8th's DEMO release include:
- Portland only (Staunton availbe only for view via LODs)
- IVSA default cars with the addition of the Kuruma
- 3 radio stations (Head Radio, Lips 106 and Flashback FM)
- Claude
- GTA III HUD and menu
About GTA III RAGE Classic
GTA III RAGE Classic is a conversion of 2001's hit GTA III to the Rockstar Advanced Game Engine, complete with the original models and textures. This demo release gives a small glimpse of the full release due in the coming months.
* Due to certain limitations, the DEMO will only be available on the Episodes from Liberty City version of GTA IV: San Andreas. However, when the full version does release it will support both Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes from Liberty City.

Will NPCs be able to move this time?
I don't think so, since they're buggy and limited atm :/

aaah, this reminds me of my childhood, GTA fan forever.
btw, since there will be many weapon slots left next to the original III weapons, you could add some Vice City guns as secret weapons (thats all far away for now)

Do they have a page for gta3 rage? i've found the ones for vc and sa already...any info would be appreciated, since i can only find a super old forum post and new pages.
